Tourist Travel Requirements for an Sao Tome & Principe Visas for Singapore Citizens
Visa May Not Be Required
A visa is not required for stays not exceeding 15 days. The traveller must:
- Hold a valid Schengen Member State visa or U.S. visa
- Hold a passport valid a least six months on entry with two blank visa pages
- Hold proof of sufficient funds for the duration of stay in São Tomé e Príncipe
- Hold all documents required for the next destination
- Hold proof of a confirmed onward/return flight within 15 days of arrival
- Confirm with the airline that boarding will be permitted without a visa as these conditions are subject to change

Passport
The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:
- Be valid for six months beyond exit date
- Have at least one blank visa page
Photographs
One passport sized colour photograph. The photograph must:
- Be taken within the last three months and printed on high-quality photo paper
- Be taken against an all white background
- Be 45mm by 35 mm
- Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
- You may wear neither eyeglasses nor headwear except for religious purposes
- Your photos should be glued to the designated section of the visa application form (in the absence of a designated area, affix to the top right or top left corner).
Proof of Travel Arrangements
You must provide proof of travel arrangements for the duration of your trip. Details of your intended arrangements must:
- Include your original confirmed e-ticket showing entry and exit dates
- Show your full name as printed in your passport
Visa Application Form
One completed and signed application form (do not print double sided). This form must be filled out in block capitals and signed in black ink.

Children
Children fifteen years of age or younger can apply for a visa if traveling on their parent's passport. Children sixteen years of age or older must use their own passport.

Business Introduction Letter
A letter of introduction from the applicant's employer. This letter must:
- Be issued by an employer or branch of the employer
- Be on company letterhead paper
- Include the name and address of the company
- Include the name of the applicant
- Include the date of birth of the applicant
- Include the passport details of the applicant
- Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
- Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
